Joint Venture

ALP Nishikawa has bought 50% equity in ALP Africa Pty in the year 2019 to support South African OEM customers like Toyota, Nissan, Ford and Isuzu to localize sealings for their vehicles. ALP Africa was already existing extrusion company mainly supplying rubber seals to industrial, architectural and canopy manufacturers. The association of ALP Nishikawa India will upgrade the manufacturing technology, introduce new technologies/ products to cater OEMs and tier 2 suppliers in South Africa and adjacent countries.
